In exceptional circumstances, day trips may be cancelled with very short notice.
Payment, Refund policy – Day and Weekend Trips
Payment must be made in full at time of registration. Cheques (payable to Nordic Wrecks) only, please. If you cancel before the trip is declared a GO, we will tear up your cheque.
As a nonprofit club, we can’t cover cost shortfalls due to member cancellations or “no-shows”. The club can not issue “credits” to carry forward payments from one trip over to another.
If you are faced with a last minute cancellation, try to find a friend to take your place.
Day trips:
There will be no refund for member cancellations after a trip is declared a GO.
Multi-day trips (where the club pays for both the bus and the room)
Bus and room costs: There will be no refund for member cancellations after a trip is declared a GO as the club is being charged with non-refundable deposits for both the bus and hotels this year.
